Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support our executive leadership. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of executive activities, and enhancing the productivity of our leadership.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Support multiple executives with administrative needs
- Assist with budget planning and monthly financial projections
- Coordinate activities and provide reports for assigned areas
- Update and distribute various directories and lists on a regular basis including weekly financial reports
- Maintain calendars and appointments for management
- Arrange events and conferences including regional team building events
- Make travel arrangements as needed (airline, car rentals, hotel, etc.)
- Prepare expense reports
- Process invoices
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
- Professionally answer all incoming calls and ensure calls are redirected accurately or requested information provided
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce and Smartsheet software experience preferred
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
